- 1/3 cup oats 🥣
- 2 tsp chia seeds 💚
- 2 tsp flaxseeds 🧡
- 1 tbsp hampa seeds 💛
- 1 tsp vanilla powder (not sugar)
- 2 tsp pink pitaya powder
About 1 cup (might add some more depending on how thick you want it)
For the toppings
- Strawberries ❤️
- Mango 🥭
- Blueberries 💙
- Add all the ingredients and blend till creamy
- Serve in the bowls and top them with fruits and chips.
