Apple Overnight Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS


1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup oats

1/2 scoop protein powder

For the toppings

  • Chia seeds
  • Peanut butter
  • Chopped apple
  • Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine oats and milk in a ball jar
  2. Store in fridge overnight in the ball jar with the lid on
  3. The next morning microwave oats without cap on in the ball jar for a minute or until warm.
  4. Pour into a bowl or eat from the jar, put  chia seeds, peanut butter, chopped apples and cinnamon.
