1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup oats
1/2 scoop protein powder
For the toppings
- Chia seeds
- Peanut butter
- Chopped apple
- Combine oats and milk in a ball jar
- Store in fridge overnight in the ball jar with the lid on
- The next morning microwave oats without cap on in the ball jar for a minute or until warm.
- Pour into a bowl or eat from the jar, put chia seeds, peanut butter, chopped apples and cinnamon.
