Breakfast: Beetroot Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 cup frozen berries
  2. half a frozen banana
  3. 1 small to medium beetroot, raw and peeled
  4. 1-2 tbsp. agave syrup
  5. 1 cup (240ml.) cashew rice milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the banana and beetroot into small chunks.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a food processor (or a powerful blender) and blend until smooth.
  3. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
