- 1 cup frozen berries
- half a frozen banana
- 1 small to medium beetroot, raw and peeled
- 1-2 tbsp. agave syrup
- 1 cup (240ml.) cashew rice milk
- Cut the banana and beetroot into small chunks.
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor (or a powerful blender) and blend until smooth.
- Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
