Breakfast - Blackberry Smoothie Bowl

For the smoothie bowl

  • 12 Qz unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 Cup frozen cauliflower
  • 2/3 Cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 Tablespoon flaxseed


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix on high.
  2. Pour into a bowl or half a coconut, and top with desired fruit and other toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
