INGREDIENTS

For the smoothie bowl

  • 2 Cups Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 + Cups Apple Sauce
  • 1-2 Ripe Bananas

For the toppings

  • Frozen Berries Defrosted Slightly
  • Sliced Banana
  • Coconut Shreds
  • Rawnola or Granola
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Blend Until Smooth
  2. Top it all 
  3. Serve and enjoy
