Breakfast - Coconut Kiwi Green Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

For the smoothie bowl

  • 12 oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 TBS raw cacao powder
  • ¾ cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
  • ½ small roasted, steamed, or baked Japanese yam, skins removed (~1/2 cup, smashed)
  • 1 TBS chia seeds 

For the toppings

  • coconut flakes
  • granola
  • 1 kiwi, cut in half
  • hemp seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend all together in a high power blender - I use a nutri bullet.
  2. Top with desired amount of toppings.
  3. Serve and enjoy
