For the smoothie bowl
- 12 oz. unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 TBS raw cacao powder
- ¾ cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
- ½ small roasted, steamed, or baked Japanese yam, skins removed (~1/2 cup, smashed)
- 1 TBS chia seeds
For the toppings
- coconut flakes
- 1 kiwi, cut in half
- hemp seeds
- Blend all together in a high power blender - I use a nutri bullet.
- Top with desired amount of toppings.
- Serve and enjoy
