Breakfast- Pink Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup frozen berries

1 frozen banana

Half a pear

A handful of greens

Fresh mint

A few tbsp shelled hemp seeds

A coconut water

Spoonful of almond butter

For the toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Frozen berries
  • Pear
  • Coconut flakes
  • Pecans
  • Black sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a coconut bowl.
  3. Top it off with some toppings.
