Breakfast - Porridge

INGREDIENTS  

Porridge Oats

Generous pinch of sea salt

3/4 cup of water

1/2 cup of oat milk

For the toppings

  • Raspberry flax milk yogurt
  • Frozen peaches
  • Chia seeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Freeze dried raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small cooking pan, mix well
  2. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes or until your favourite consistency,stirring continuously.
  3. Add your toppings and enjoy.
