For the smoothie bowl
- 2 Frozen bananas
- A handful of frozen raspberries
- 100ml oat milk
- A tsp of flax seed
- A tsp of natural beetroot powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
For the toppings
- Frozen berries
- Hemp seeds
- Blend two frozen bananas, a handful of frozen raspberries, 100ml oat milk, a tsp of flax seed, a tsp of natural beetroot powder and pinch oon in a high speed blender until thick and smooth.
- Top with frozen berries, almonds and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
