Breakfast: Raspberry And Beet Smoothie Bowl Recipe

INGREDIENTS

For the smoothie bowl

  • 2 Frozen bananas
  • A handful of frozen raspberries
  • 100ml oat milk
  • A tsp of flax seed
  • A tsp of natural beetroot powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon

For the toppings

  • Frozen berries
  • Almonds
  • Hemp seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend two frozen bananas, a handful of frozen raspberries, 100ml oat milk, a tsp of flax seed, a tsp of natural beetroot powder and pinch oon in a high speed blender until thick and smooth.
  2. Top with frozen berries, almonds and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
