- 3 raw zucchini's then blend 1 large avocado
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 handful each of fresh basil and fresh parsley
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbs pure maple and a tiny piece of fresh turmeric
Mix through the raw noodles and top with diced red capsicum and cherry tomatoes, and serve in our beautiful coconut bowl.
