Breakfast - Summer Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS⠀

For the smoothie bowl

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 frozen banana

1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1/3 cup frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup coconut water

For the toppings

  • Kiwi
  • Coconut flakes
  • Hemp seeds
  • Almond flakes
  • Puffed quinoa

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in high speed blender.
  2. Add coconut water a little at a time until smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
  3. Top with fresh fruit and server immediately.  
  4. Enjoy!
