For the smoothie bowl
- 1 small carrot (peeled and chopped)
- 2-3 chunks of frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/3 cup coconut water
For the toppings
- hemp seeds
- chia seeds
- desiccated coconut
- goji berries
- teff seeds and pepitas
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into an eco friendly coconut bowl.
