Breakfast - Vegetables Smoothie Bowls

INGREDIENTS

For the smoothie bowl

  • 1 small carrot (peeled and chopped)
  • 2-3 chunks of frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/3 cup coconut water

        For the toppings

        • kiwi
        • blueberries
        • hemp seeds
        • chia seeds
        • desiccated coconut
        • goji berries
        • teff seeds and pepitas

        INSTRUCTIONS

        Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. 
        Pour into an eco friendly coconut bowl. 
        Add some absolutely delicious toppings!!
