INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Bananas, large frozen
  • 2 Cup Berries, frozen mixed
  • 1 Berries and/or sliced fruits, fresh

Breakfast Foods

  • 1 Granola clusters or cereal
  • 3/4 Cup Rolled oats, old-fashioned

Canned Goods

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut milk, full fat

Condiments

  • 2 Tbsp Honey

Baking & Spices

  • 1 Cocoa nibs/ dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseed meal

Nuts & Seeds

  • 1 Coconut shreds, dried
  • 1 Nuts

Liquids

  • 1 Cup Coconut water

Other

  • Toasted seeds (sunflower, pepitas.....)
