For the smoothie bowl
- Chilled bananas
- Frozen strawberries
- Frozen mango
- Almond milk
- Water
For the toppings
- Bananas
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Blackberries
- Chia seeds
- Hemp seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix on high.
- Pour into a bowl or half a coconut, and top with desired fruit and other toppings.
