- 1 Cup Blueberry fresh or frozen and thawed
- 1 Tablespoon water for jam (for sauce add 3 tablespoon)
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- Liquid sweetener to taste i.e. maple syrup
Blend all ingredients
Transfer jam to a glass jar, cover, and place in fridge for at least 1 hour to set up.
Enjoy as you would regular jam or sauce! Feel free to exchange for different berries to put on a different twist!
