INGREDIENTS
~ 1/2 small carrot (chopped)🥕

~ 2 handfuls of frozen raspberries 🍒

 ~ 1/2 fresh mango 

~ 1 passion fruit 

~ Handful of red grapes🍇

~ Handful of frozen strawberries 

~ 1/2 cup of coconut water 🥥 

For the toppings

~ Blueberries

~ Sweetened thread coconut (coconut jam)

~ And your own favourite toppings

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender (chop and peel if necessary)
  2. Blend until smooth (add more coconut water to your desire)
  3. Decorate with your favourite toppings
