- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tsp poppy seeds
- 4 Ripe kiwis, peeled and diced
- 4 Bananas, peeled and diced
- 80 gr water melon, peeled and diced
- 80 gr blue berries
- Some more flaked coconut and flowers on the top and you're done
Mix everything together and add some more flaked coconut and flowers on the top and you're done. Enjoy your delicious smoothies!
