For the OVERNIGHT OAT bowl
1/4 cup steel cut oats
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein and greens vanilla protein powder
For the toppings
- Chia seeds
- In a ball jar combine oats, milk, and protein powder. Mix with a spoon or shake the jar until all of the protein powder is dissolved.
- Store in fridge overnight in the ball jar with the lid on.
- The next morning microwave oats without cap on in the ball jar for a minute or until warm.
- Pour into a bowl or eat from the jar, put on toppings of your choice (I put blueberries, chia seeds, and cinnamon)
