Overnight Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS

Porridge oats

5 dates, chopped

Pinch of sea salt

3/4 cup of water

1/2 cup of oat milk

For the toppings

  • Banana
  • Mango
  • Coconut granola
  • Various seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine oats and milk in a ball jar
  2. Store in fridge overnight in the ball jar with the lid on
  3. The next morning microwave oats without cap on in the ball jar for a minute or until warm.
  4. Pour into a bowl or eat from the jar, put  coconut granola, chia seeds, chopped bananas  and mangoes.
