5 dates, chopped
Pinch of sea salt
3/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of oat milk
For the toppings
- Coconut granola
- Various seeds
- Combine oats and milk in a ball jar
- Store in fridge overnight in the ball jar with the lid on
- The next morning microwave oats without cap on in the ball jar for a minute or until warm.
- Pour into a bowl or eat from the jar, put coconut granola, chia seeds, chopped bananas and mangoes.
