INGREDIENTS⠀

For the smoothie bowl

1 handful fresh baby spinach

½ cup frozen pineapple

1 frozen banana

⅓ cup coconut water⠀

For the toppings

  • Fresh blueberries
  • Kiwi
  • Chia seeds
  • Flaxseeds
  • Hemp seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl.⠀
  3. Serve and enjoy
